Region 3 Class A Cross Country Championship

Schedule: 1:00pm Course Touring

                    1:30pm Coaches Meeting 

                   2:00pm Girls Race 

                   2:45pm Boys Race 

Awards: Individual Awards Top 20 Girls & Top 20 Boys.

WVSSAC Plaque awarded to 1^st Place Team in Girls and Boys Division. 

Qualifying: 

                                Teams: The top three teams from the region will qualify for the state meet. 

                                Individuals: Each region will qualify five (5) individuals exclusive of the qualifying teams with a minimum of ten (10) individuals qualifying from each region. 

Entries: All entries and team rosters must be completed on athletic.net Entry Deadline is Sunday October 20th, 2024 not later than 5:00pm. Coaches may enter a maximum of 10 athletes for the regional meet. However a maximum of 7 athletes may run in the race. All athletes entered on your roster MUST be on your eligibility certificate. All entries must include grade level/ class for each athlete. 

Entry Fees: $35 per boys & girls team and a $10 per runner fee for those with less than a full team. A full team is considered 5 runners or more. Make checks payable to Charleston Catholic High School. Fees are to help pay for the individual awards, official, timing company and meet-management costs.

Admission: Adults $7 Students $5 

Concession: Concession will be available on-site.

Bus Parking: Someone will direct them where to go on race day.
