RACE NOTES

PARKING:  We encourage Parking at the school lot; gates open at 7am.  Gate will close at 8:45 am and then all parking will be routed to the bottom fields.  Handicap parking available.

BUS PARKING: will be at the front of the elementary school. 

ENTRY FEE:  digital tickets are on sale at https://gofan.co/event/1628518?schoolId=WV2696

Please have your digital tickets ready when you arrive to help with traffic flow.

BATHROOMS: will be located at Beckley-Stratton Middle.

RACE Entry will be on Athletic.net; CHIP TIMING will be done by TriStateRacer. 

Please contact Athletic.net is you are having a problem with registration.

PACKET PICKUP:  tent will be near the Concession Stand.

CONCESSIONS:  will be near the parking lot across from Beckley-Stratton MS. 

VENDORS:  In addition to the delicious CHICK-FIL-A sandwich, we will have HILLTOP COFFEE, SNOBIZ shaved ice; and THE PICKLE GUYS.

RACE T-SHIRTS:  will be sold adjacent the concession stand.  Get yours early, as there will be a limited supply.

TENT CITY There will be several areas to choose from to place your team tent.  Signs will be posted. 

COURSE:       There has been a change to the end of both HS and MS races.  I am working on a course map, but the change is easy and well marked.  Basically, the “Big Hill” has been removed from the end of both races.
