Race Times:   7:30 am Course Opens  (JV and Varsity run together)

                          9:00 am High School Girls 

  9:40 am High School Boys  

10:15 am HS Awards

11:00 am Middle School Girls

11:45 am Middle School Boys

12:30 pm MS Awards

Entry Fees:  $ 60 per team / $ 120 per school (Boys and Girls); $15 per Individual.

            Please make Checks Payable to:  WWHS – Cross Country

Please bring your check to the packet pickup.

RACE Entry will be on Athletic.net; CHIP TIMING will be done by TriStateRacer. 

BUS PARKING will be at the front of the elementary schools. 

SPECTATOR PARKING:  Both at the Grass lot and limited Parking at the school.

School Parking is available until lot fill up.  This area will be closed to cars at     8:45 am.  Parking is limited; We encourage you to carpool.

There will be a spectator fee of $7 per person via Digital Ticket on Gofan.co

PACKET PICKUP tent will be near the Finish Line.

CONCESSIONS will be near the parking lot across from Beckley-Stratton MS. 

RACE T-SHIRTS will be sold adjacent the concession stand.  Get yours early, as there will be a limited supply.

TENT CITY There will be several areas to choose from to place your team tent.  Signs will be posted. 

BATHROOMS will be inside Beckley-Stratton Middle School.

Please do not go down the halls of the school.  

SPIKES MAY NOT BE WORN INSIDE THE SCHOOL.

Awards:        Team Award for Champion and Runner-up for each HS and MS race.

Individual Awards for top 20 runners in each race.

Course:         Challenging course with rolling hills and woods. 

Mostly grass, with one asphalt crossing. 

                        Course is very spectator friendly.

Directions:  The course is located adjacent Beckley Stratton Middle School

From I-64 East, South of Beckley, Take Exit # 124. 

The Exit Ramp leads onto Joe L Smith Dr:

                        **Bus Parking will be at BEST Middle:

Travel through 2 stop lights; take next LEFT onto Pinecrest #2.

                                    At stop sign, turn RIGHT.  Travel 3/10 mile to Beckley Stratton

Middle School entrance on the LEFT.   Parking Attendants will assist.

**Spectator parking: 

Travel through 2 stop lights; take next LEFT onto Pinecrest #2.

Travel through stop sign, continue as road veers right (signs posted).

Parking Attendants will assist.
