The start time of the races during A Night of 3200's is being pushed back 30 minutes to accommodate athletes traveling from further distances.

Heat 1 - 5:30 pm (Mix gender Open Heat 1)
Heat 2 - 5:50 pm (Boys Open Heat 2)
Heat 3 - 6:10 pm (Girls Emerging Elite)
Heat 4 - 6:30 pm (Boys Emerging Elite)
Heat 5 - 6:50 pm (Girls Elite)
Heat 6 - 7:20 pm (Boys Elite)
