2023   Region  IV -  “ A”  Championship

Races:     4:00 pm – High School  Boys Region  IV  “A” Championship

                      4:45 pm -  High School  Girls Region IV  “A” Championship

Entries:  Please submit all entries on RaceTimeEntry.com 

– All athletes must be on eligibility sheet with names correctly spelled.

– All entries must indicate class / grade level.

– Enter 10, Run 7-any 7 of the 10 can run at the State Meet if

your TEAM qualifies.

Dead Line:  All entries and rosters must be received by Sunday, October 15 th, 2023

Awards:   Medals for the top 10 Runners

                      Plaques for the 1^st place teams

Qualifying for the State Meet :

To qualify as an INDIVIDUAL :  Each region will qualify 20% of the total number of

    contestants that start the regional race, INCLUSIVE of those Individuals that qualify as a

    Team Qualifier.  A minimum of 10 individuals will qualify from each Region. Standard

    math rounding (.5 and up rounds up, less than .5 rounds down) will apply.

    To qualify as a TEAM :  This depends on how many complete teams ( 5 or more runners)

    start the race in your regional contest. If only 1 full team starts in your region, it qualifies.

    If 2-5 teams start at your regional , the top 2 qualify.  If 6-9 teams start in your regional,       

    the top 3 teams qualify.  If 10 or more start, the top 4 teams qualify.     

Admission:  $ 6.00 general admission. Cash and Cards will be accepted at the gate.

Parking :     All buses and cars will park inside the 4H Grounds.
