Welcome to the WP Fall Classic!

We thank you so much for choosing to compete at our race this year!  We hope you find the course challenging but fair and have a great experience!  Along those lines here a few pieces of information that will help with the flow of the meet:

As you and your team arrive, you can be dropped off at Sonneborn Shelter but your bus cannot stay in that area.  We kindly ask that after you are dropped off that your bus go down to the White Palace to wait for you there.  Tent City will be located right next to the shelter.  There is no bus drop off between 2:30 and 3:00 as that is when school dismissal traffic will be an issue.

As your parents and other spectators arrive there will be two areas to park.  One option will be in the lot by the tennis courts and the soccer field.  Please note that this area is in use during the races so you may not be able to leave in a timely manner.  The second area will be in the Sonneborn Shelter parking lot.  Parking in that lot is $5.  Please refrain from parking along side the road between 2:30 and 3:00 as it could create an issue with school dismissal.

Here is our schedule and we will keep to these times:

HS Girls:  3:15

HS Boys 3:45

MS Girls:  4:15

HS Awards:  4:25 (award ceremony will take place in the Shelter)

MS Boys:  4:45

MS Awards:  Immediately upon completion

Reminder that tickets are available and they are cheaper online ($5) than when purchased at the door ($8).
