Cross Country coaches,

We would like to invite everyone to attend our Cross Country Invitational this year. We are located in SE Ohio but we are only about 15 minutes from Point Pleasant across the river. I am a new head coach here, and as a graduate of Herbert Hoover High School many years ago know that we have neglected some very good athletes in WV over the years when we are right in their backyard and have unique and affordable opportunities for your athletes that may not be available in WV.

We have cut entry fees to make the meet affordable ($100 TOTAL per school) and will have concessions and shirts to make it a good time for your athletes and your fans. We have also added a 1 mile elementary run to the event this year! We have also moved the college races to the day before district if anyone wants to come down and preview the course and watch some college racing! We look to make this meet as large as possible for what the course will allow and provide some great competition this year!

We already have 30 schools confirmed for the year and would like to have you join us!

We are across from the original Bob Evans farms and many schools take the opportunity to visit while they are here.

Also, as the new coach here, we are looking to get your athletes down here this fall for a visit! If you have any athletes you think might be interested, please let us know!! We are looking to build a competitive program at a local and affordable institution. We have many roster spots for more athletes than you think. If you have any athletes who run varsity for you that work hard, reach out for more information just reply to this message! You may be surprised at what we have to offer!
