Schedule: 3:30pm – 4:30pm Course Touring
4:30pm Middle School Boys (3K)
5:15pm Middle School Girls (3K)
6:00pm High School Girls (5K)
6:45pm High School Boys (5K)
7:15pm Awards
Awards: Team Trophies: 1st and 2nd
Individuals: 1st – 10th Medals
11th – 20th Ribbons (handed out at finish line)
Roster: Unlimited entries per team, Top 7 will count as your team and top 5 will be used for team score.
Course: The course is located on the grounds of Lincoln County High School. New course design to challenge runners and prepare them for regional or championship meets. Courses consist of mostly grass trails, some areas with rock, one large hill.
Entry Fees: High School – $60 per team ($100 for both boys and girls team)
Middle School - $60 per team ($100 for both boys and girls)
$15 per runner for schools without full teams.
