Packet Pick up at Soccer Field Press Box dugout

Schedule:  Coaches meeting on Start Line - 9:15

    9:30 am - ‘OPEN’ 3k to all non-competing MS Runners. - No Fee, No awards.

  10:00 am -  Boys Varsity

10:30 am - Girls Varsity

  11:00 am - JV Race

Fees: Checks to WIMS Athletics  --  Mail to WIMS  443 Lee Ave  Clarksburg, WV 26301

   Per School - $80.00 - Includes both Genders and JV’s  Per Team Gender - $45.00

   Incomplete Team(s) - $10.00 per Runner.

Awards: asap after last race on the soccer field.

Varsity - Top 3 teams - Each Gender.

   Top 14 -  Individual   - Each Gender.

Junior Varsity - Top 14 Individual - Each Gender….No team awards.

Parking:  Yes!

  *All Parking is in front of the High School.

Team TENT CITY:  Along the outside of the Baseball field fence.

Spectator Admission:  $5.00

Concession available:  Yes!    (Football Field House)

Bathrooms:  Yes!   (for changing as needed).

*Each end of Football Field House - DO NOT leave anything in the bathrooms!
