Time:         2:30 team arrival and course walk

              3:15 volunteers meeting

              3:30 coaches meeting

              4:00 Girls (combined varsity/JV)

              4:30 Boys  (combined varsity/JV)

              Awards immediately following

         including name, gender, and grade no later

than October 10th

Admission:    $6 for spectators

Concessions and tee-shirts will be available for purchase

Awards:  Teams - Champion and Runner-up

          Individual - Runner of the Year

                        #2-#10   1st team all conference

                        #11-#20  2nd team all conference

Directions:   From I-79, take Exit 99 to Rt. 33 East. Travel appx. 40 miles to the Downtown Elkins exit (2nd exit). Turn right off the exit ramp (Rt 33E/250S) and drive to the first stoplight (intersection by Walgreen’s and the All Veterans Memorial). Turn left onto Randolph Ave/Seneca Trail and drive appx. 1/4 mile. At the Iron Horse statue, turn left onto Sycamore St./Harpertown Rd. Go past the main entrance to Davis and Elkins College. At appx 1 mile, you”ll see the left turn into the D&E Athletic Complex. There is limited parking available here. If this lot is full, you will be re-routed to the front side of campus and asked to walk the short distance to the fields. Buses will be allowed to drop off at the fields and will be directed to park at the USFS office at 200 Sycamore St, just across the road from the main campus entrance.
