9:20 Middle School Boys Varsity

9:50 Middle School Girls & Boys JV

10:25 Middle School Awards (Top 3 teams and 20 individuals)

10:00 High School Coaches Meeting

11:00 High School Girls Varsity & JV

11:45 High School Boys Varsity & JV

12:30 High School Awards. (Top 2 teams and 10 individuals)

Parking: Shuttle buses will run starting at 7:00 from Wal-Mart and will run throughout the meet. This system has worked well for several years. Parking at the Apple Valley course will be limited to handicapped, coaches with equipment (presenting WVSSAC pass), and meet personnel.

Meet is on racetimeentry.com – all entries must be put through there.

High School - Free

Middle School - The entry fee for the race is $40.00 per team or $70.00 for both boy’s and girl’s teams, $5 per individual runner.

An admission charge of $5.00 will be applied. WVSSAC passes will be honored and must be presented.

High School-The course is approximately 5000m consisting of some hills and is mostly grassy. It is on a golf course. There is about a 40m cart-path that is gravel. There will be two high school races, boys and girls, varsity and JV runners will compete together.

Middle School-The course is approximately 3000m consisting of some hills and is all grass. The MS Varsity races will be run separately in both boy’s and girl’s competition. Boy’s and Girl’s J-V is a combined race.
