4:00 PM Coaches Meeting (behind starting boxes)

4:30 PM Middle School Boys

4:55 PM Middle School Girls

5:20 PM High School Boys  

6:05 PM High School Girls

 

Awards: 

Awards will begin shortly after the high school girls’ race.  All awards will be presented on the football field. 

 

Entry Fees:

**Make checks payable to "TCHS Athletics”.  If you don’t mail in your check before race day, please turn in your entry fee at the packet pick-up area when you check in on race day.**

 

 

 

Packet Pick-Up:

Packets can be picked up at the canopy by the concession stand next to tent city.

  

 Course:

The course start area will be located on the middle school practice field area.  This is located behind the school on top of the hill.  The finish will take place on the track, we will be using the last three hundred meters of the track.  This is a very hilly and challenging course that offers well-groomed wooded trails.  We encourage you to have your athletes wear spikes if they have them.

 

Concession Stand/Restrooms: 

The concession stands will be located beside the football field. Restrooms are located behind the concession stand. 

 

Canopy Location:

All canopies will be set up along the fence beside the concession stand/baseball field.    

 

Parking:  

All coaches, buses, and parents can enter through the main entrance of the school.  We will have volunteers directing traffic to the designated parking areas.

·         Bus Parking:  small parking lot on the left when you enter the school by the softball field

·         Spectator/Coaching Parking:  large parking lot on the right when you enter the school or park in the back lot (take the road behind the school)

·         Handicap Parking:  paved area beside the concession stand

 

T-Shirts: 

Race day t-shirts will be sold by N-SIDE OUT SPORTS.  Shirt sales will be located by tent city and the concession stand.

 

Miscellaneous:

There will not be separate JV races. All runners will run together with the top seven on each team counting in the team scoring competition. We are accepting entries via racetimeentry.com. If you cannot enter this way, we will accept e-mailed Hy-Tek rosters. Please submit to bhagerty3@yahoo.com. All rosters should be in by Monday, August 23rd by 4:00 PM.
