PAUL CLOVIS INVITATIONAL

Hampshire High School would like to invite your team to the Paul Clovis Invitational sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings. Our Invitational has been renamed in honor of our long time Coach and friend, Paul Clovis who passed away in 2020.

The race will be held on Saturday October 2nd, 2021 on the campus of Hampshire High School.

8:00 AM Course open for walk through

09:45 AM High School coaches meeting

10:30 AM Girls Varsity (7 runners)

11:15AM Boys Varsity (7 runners)

Possible combined JV race if numbers allow

12:00PM Girls JV (no limit)

12:45PM Boys JV (no limit)

Awards on the football field following the last race.

HIGH SCHOOL ENTRY FEE: An entry fee of $75.00 will be assessed for 2 varsity teams; $40.00 for 1 varsity team; or $10.00 per individual. Fees must be received by 09/27/2021.

ENTRY METHOD: Please enter your athletes through www.Athletic.net. Have your runners entered by Wednesday, September 29, 2021.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: The Paul Clovis Trails, a 5k course on mostly grass and wooded trails on the grounds of the middle and high school. The course starts on top of the hill at the middle school and finishes in the stadium at the high school. Course drops 100 feet from start to finish.

ALL WVSSAC RULES ARE IN EFFECT

Sanctioning bodies will be applied for in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia
