Where: Little Beaver State Park Campgrounds, Beaver, West Virginia

Once in the park, go through the gate, go straight at the intersection to the top of the hill.

CARS will be directed where to park, gravel lot up top reserved for handicap parking only, all else will be

directed to field

BUSES will unload at the top, then follow directions for parking.

Team Awards:

NO awards ceremony. Awards shipped to applicable schools.

Individual Awards:

Individual awards to top 10 girls and boys each division.

Plaques to 1^st place teams in Each Division

Entry Fee:

$25 per team (if boys and girls, then $50)

Individuals are $5 per runner.

Please make all checks payable to Westside High School

Entries: All entries and team rosters must be completed on Racetimeentry.com no later than Friday, October 16, 2020 no later than 5:00 pm.

Coaches may enter a maximum of 10 athletes for the regional meet. Although, a maximum of 7 athletes may run in the race. All athletes entered on your roster MUST be on your eligibility certificate. All entries must include grade level/class for each athlete.

Admission:

Tickets are to be pre-sold. Adults are $6 and students are $5. Check made out to WESTSIDE HIGH SCHOOL

A list of purchaser names will need to be provided to the host school, Shady Spring High School. Attendance limited to those eligible to attend per the color map provided by the WVDE.

Course:

Grass, trail, gravel and a *very* short pavement road crossing. Fairly flat and fast with a few longer, gentle hill climbs.
