Hello Everyone:

Here are is the meet schedule and some directions. We got under the limit for the high school girls race, the rest of them have over the mandated 35 so they will have two heats each. Here is the schedule.

9AM: HS Boys Varsity (Max 7 per team)

9:30: HS Boys JV 

10AM: HS Girls (all participants)

10:30: MS Boys Varsity (Max 5 per team)

11AM: MS Boys JV

11:30: MS Girls Varsity (Max 5 per team)

12PM: MS Girls JV

The meet is located on Harlan Drive in the New Martinsville Marina. The cost is $5 per car. Please tell your parents coming so they can have exact change if at all possible. When you get your packet, there will be a page on which to write down which runners you wish to run in the varsity race, 7 for the high school races and 5 for the middle school races. The middle school races can't fit under 35 runners if 7 were allowed.  

Please bring your checks with you to the meet. The cost is $30 per team, or $5 per individual runner. 

Please instruct your parents and athletes that they will need to wear masks if they are unable to maintain social distancing with other teams and are not warming up or racing. There will not be awards, and we would like for athletes and parents to leave as soon as they are able. I understand that some schools travel high school and middle school together, but try to exit in an orderly fashion after the race to the extent this is possible.
