Buckhannon-Upshur Invitational 2020

When: Tuesday, September 22^nd.

Where: Buckhannon-Upshur High School

Directions: Directions:  After getting off 33E or 33W, take 20S past Sheetz and Burger King. You are about 15 minutes from Buckhannon-Upshur School. Continue straight on 20S.  At the light by McDonald’ stay to the right. Pass Buckhannon-Upshur Middle on the left, then KFC. Continue until you get to Bu Drive. The State Police Barracks will be at the entrance. Course entrance is located at the left of the parking lot. There is plenty of parking.

Schedule:

4:00 PM- Coaches Meeting

4:30 PM- Varsity Girls

5:00 PM- Varsity Boys

5:30 PM- JV Girls

6:00PM- JV Boys

Cost: $30 a team, $50 for both Boys & Girls, $5 per athlete if not a part of a full team

Awards: Team #1-3, Individual #1-15

Concessions available by course entrance. 

We will have T-Shirts being sold for the meet as well. 

Spikes are appropriate for this course. It is a true cross county course. Spectators have a good view of much of the course. Holes will be spray-painted.  Gun start.

Coaches, please make your parents aware of the following expectations.

-Please wear a mask and socially distance to the best of your ability.

-Due to Covid-19 we are asking that all parents/spectators stay AWAY from the start and finish line. This will help us get the meet going quicker and avoid any unnecessary gatherings.
