Please note the following regarding entry and event details.

ALL schools must presale their tickets and follow the protocol defined below, as we will not be taking parking or entry funds at the gate:

1) Send a picture of what your school ticket looks like to the following recipients: @Kathy Tyree , @Debra Mullens  and @David Irvin

2) Sell your tickets THIS WEEK according to Guidelines established by the state of WV and WVSSAC.  Tickets are $5 per person attending. - All immediate household members (parents, guardians, siblings) will be permitted

3) Collect those funds and keep track of the # of tickets sold.

4) Send an email with the # of tickets sold and total funds collected the following recipients:  @Kathy Tyree , @Debra Mullens  and @David Irvin

5) Mail a check for those proceeds to the address below

You may bring ENTRY checks for your school to the event for payment, but please DO NOT bring ticket proceeds with you, those must be mailed in a check form from your school to:
