The Washington Irving Middle School “LAST CALL” MS XC Meet

October 17, 2020 - Saturday!

At Robert C. Byrd HS Athletic Complex - Rt. 98 - Eagle Way, Clarksburg, WV

Course: approx. 2 miles - Start/Finish on grass Soccer Field.  

Course records:  The course has changed this year. The hill is still part of the course, but goes around behind the school instead of making loops around the back practice field and soccer field.

    Coaches - *Packet Pick up at Soccer Field Press Box dugout

Registration cutoff date:  October 9, 2020

Schedule:  Coaches meeting on Start Line - 9:15

    9:30 am - OPEN to all. - No Fee, No awards, Hand timed.

  10:00 am – First race will start. Depending on restrictions at the time, the gender of the first race, and times of following races may vary.

Fees:

  *Checks to WIMS Athletics > Mail to WIMS 443 Lee Ave, Clarksburg, WV 26301 Or bring with you to the meet.

   Per School - $80.00 - Includes both Genders and JV’s

   Per Team Gender - $45.00

   Incomplete Team(s) - $8.00 per Runner.

Awards: will be mailed unless restrictions change.

   Varsity - Top 5 teams - Each Gender. -  Top 14 - Individual – Each Gender

  Junior Varsity - Top 14 Individual - Each Gender….No team awards.

Parking:  Yes!

  *All Parking is in front of the High School. 

Team TENT CITY:  Along the outside of Baseball field fence.

Admission: (For right now) County Schools can pay on the schoolcashapp website to their own school and a list will be sent to WI. For out of county schools, I can provide a link to pay, or there will be a gate person.

  **12 and up - $5.00**

Concession available:  Yes!    (Football Field House) This is subject to change.

Bathrooms:  Yes  (for changing as needed).

*Each end of Football Field House - DO NOT leave anything in the bathrooms!
