own tickets. Please read the following ticket policy that each state qualifying
school must follow:
1. Who can attend?
– Our sport is outside and covers a 3.1 mile area along with areas around
campus. Also, there are 3 different classes this year reducing the amount of
people on campus at once. Therefore, any family members including parents,
siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and even supporters of your program.
2.
How can a
spectator buy a ticket? – All tickets
must be Pre-sold because NO tickets will be sold at the gate. Coaches will be pre-selling tickets to people
from your area. Adults $10.00 Students $7.00. Email a picture of your ticket to
wvstatemeet@gmail.com
3.
What do
coaches do with the ticket money? –
Turn all ticket money into your school bookkeeper to deposit into your school
account. Make sure the Ticket Sales Report form is filled out and write a check
to Cabell Midland High School for total amount of tickets sold and both are
mailed by November 6th (Friday) to:
Chris
Parsons
Cabell
Midland High School
2300
Route 60east
(A copy of Ticket Sales Report can be found on runwv)
4. What do coaches need to inform people who buy tickets? – All coaches need to educate people who bought
tickets that MASK are mandated and always
social distance when available. We DO
NOT want to be a spreading ground for this terrible virus, so everybody
in attendance must understand and abide by these expectations in order for the WV State XC Championship
to take place.
No
Mask, No Ticket, No Entry.
5. Where do people enter with their tickets? This year we will NOT be collecting at the vehicles.
There will be 2 different gates to enter near Tent City behind the school and
out by the tennis courts leading to the stadium.

experience for everybody.
