Spartan Invitational Entry information

Coaches,

ALL schools must presale their tickets and follow the protocol defined by the WVSSAC. The cost of tickets are $5 per person attending.

We are currently in Green which allow permit household members and grandparent. We will not be taking parking or entry funds at the gate:

· Send a picture of what your school ticket looks like to: sextonkd70@gmail.com

Please note the name of your school and the color of the ticket on your email.

· Collect the funds and keep track of the # of tickets sold.

· Send an email with the # of tickets sold and total funds collected to: sextonkd70@gmail.com

· Mail a check for the proceeds to the address below

You may bring ENTRY checks for your school to the event for payment, but please DO NOT bring ticket proceeds with you, those must be mailed in a check form from your school to:
