Course: The 2020 A Regional Championship will be held at 4H Grounds in Mineral Wells. Tent City will be located by the start line.

- All athletes must be on eligibility sheet with names spelled correctly

- All entries must indicate class/grade level

- Enter 10, Run 7 – any of those 10 can run at the State Meet if your TEAM qualifies

Deadline: All entries and rosters must be received by Sunday October 18^th, 2020

Awards: Medals for Top 10 Runners

Qualifying for State Meet:

To qualify as an INDIVIDUAL: Each region will qualify 20% of the total number of (A) contestants that start the regional race to the state meet, inclusive of those individuals that qualified as a team qualifier. A minimum of 10 individuals will qualify from each region. Regular math rounding (.5 & up, round up, below .5, round down) will apply.

To qualify as a TEAM: This depends on how many complete teams (5 or more runners) start the race in your regional. If only 1 full team starts in your regional, it qualifies. If 2-5 teams in your classification start at your regional, the top 2 qualify. If 6-9 teams start at your regional, the top 3 qualify. If more than 10 teams start at your regional, the top 4 qualify.

Admission: $5 for Adults and Student – required by WVSSAC. Tickets will be purchased at the gate.

Parking: ALL Buses and Cars will park inside the fairgrounds.
