Region III-AA Cross Country Championships

Schools: Bluefield, Clay County, Herbert Hoover, Independence, Liberty, Nicholas County, Pikeview, Shady Spring, Westside, Wyoming East.

Location: The course is located on the grounds of Westside High School in Clear Fork, WV. Westside High School is located on WV Route 971 in Clear Fork, WV 24822. Phone is 304-682-8965.

Schedule: 12:00 pm Course Touring

12:30 pm Meeting of Coaches

1:00 pm High School Girls (5K)

1:45 pm High School Boys (5K)

· No Awards Ceremony. Awards shipped to applicable schools.

· Individual Awards to Top 10 Girls & Top 10 Boys.

· Plaques awarded to 1^st Place Team in Girls and Boys Divisions.

Entries: All entries and team rosters must be completed on RaceTimeEntry.com.

Entry deadline is Friday, October 16, 2020 not later than 5:00 pm.

Coaches may enter a maximum of 10 athletes for the regional meet. However, a maximum of 7 athletes may run in the race. All athletes entered on your roster MUST be on your eligibility certificate. All entries must include grade level/class for each athlete.

Entry Fees: $25.00 per boys’ team and per girls’ team.

Admission: Adults: $6.00 Students: $5.00

Tickets must be pre-sold with a list of purchaser names and addresses. Attendance will be limited to those eligible to attend based on WVSSAC guidelines as the meet date nears. Additional info to follow.

Concession: Concessions will be available on-site.

Bus Parking: Use the 2^nd Entrance Area (West end of school). Then unload athletes at the football stadium gate. Then park buses in the parking lot adjacent to the baseball field on the opposite end of the school.
