Final Note
on the Park Invitational:
1. Team list
will be uploaded to runwv on Wednesday, so it will be available on Thursday.
2. There
will be no ticket sales at the door. All
schools are responsible for selling their own tickets based on its current
covid map status. Tickets are $5 and the
money is due when you arrive. This is
not the same as your entry fee, which is $100 for both teams.
3. Here is
the schedule:
9:00
am: Boys wave A: all teams get a maximum of ten runners
9:05
am: Boys wave B: remaining boy runners.
9:40
am: Girls wave A: all teams get a maximum of ten runners
9:45
am: Girls wave B: all remaining girl runners
It is the
responsibility of each team’s head coach to email our timer, Chris Kreger, at kreger@kandjtiming.com with the names of the kids who are running in the jv race by
Friday evening.
4. Please follow
all social distancing guidelines and wear your mask. Also, please respect that the finish line
area is where the team tents will be located and that are is for coaches and
athletes only.
5. In order to alleviate a choke point of
people, there will be no water at the finish line. When you pick up your packet, you will be
given bottles of water. As your runners
finish, please instruct them to head back to your team tent area as quickly as
possible. We will have an athletic
trainer on site in case of any issues.
6. Awards will either be mailed or passed out to
the coaches, time and departure depending.
We look

It is shaping up to be an elite field of participants and it is going to
be exciting. Please help us insure
