Huntington-Wayne Invitational
Meet Notes

Middle School

-Middle School Races will be at Huntington High. MS Boys race will start at 8am. MS Girls races will follow.

-Team camps can be located on the road above the start and in the baseball outfield. Team camps are for athletes and coaches ONLY.

-Teams can begin arriving at 6:45am

-Tickets are to be pre-sold by the competing schools. Each ticket is $5.00. We are yellow so tickets can be sold to “immediate household members”. Email jtcox@k12.wv.us a list of names and bring a check made out to Huntington High School for the tickets to the meet.

-Spectators will be allowed in the bleachers and along the main road. No spectators will be allowed around the start or finish line.

-Masks should be worn by coaches, athletes, and spectators when social distancing is not achieved.

-Wave information will be sent/posted on Thursday

High School

-High School Races will be at the YMCA Kennedy Center located at 5800 Ohio River Road, Huntington, WV with the first race starting at 4pm.

-Teams may begin arriving at 2:45pm

-Tickets are to be pre-sold by the competing schools. Each ticket is $6.00. We are yellow so tickets can be sold to “immediate household members”. Email jtcox@k12.wv.us a list of names and bring a check made out to Huntington High School for the tickets to the meet.

-Spectators will not be allowed in the starting field or around the finish line chute.

-Team camps will be located in the grassy area behind the pool. Team camps are for coaches and athletes only
