Middle School Races are moved to Huntington High School |
High School Races are at the YMCA Kennedy Center on Rt 2. |

Start Time: 8:00am Boys followed by girls |
Start Time: 3:30pm
AA/A* 5:00pm AAA Boys followed by girls |

Due to soccer matches going on
prior to the meet, the course will not be open to preview until 2:45pm |

Entry Fee:
$90 school (boys and girls) +$1 per entry/$50 team (boys OR girls) +$1per
entry. The additional $1 per entry fee is to help
cover the cost of bibs for RFID Chip Timing. Please mail entry fees to:

Due: Please enter your athletes on www.racetimeentry.com ASAP so we can create the race schedule.
We are going to try and accommodate as many of your athletes as
possible, but we need numbers to do so.

Entries must
be finalized by Monday, September 7, 2020.
Awards: Top 25 in each race, 1st and 2nd place
team
Additional
information will be posted and sent to coaches later (map, tent city, parking,
ticket distribution, and spectator information)
To follow
WVSSAC guidelines the following changes have been made:
-High School
races will be separated into AAA, AA/A.
-Races will
be run in waves, timed and scored accordingly.
-No award
ceremony. Awards will be compiled and
made available for pick-up by a single team representative as soon as results
are completed.
-Spectators
will need to wear a mask when social distancing cannot be achieved
-No water or
concessions provided by the host school.
Individuals should bring their own.
