Ticket Procedure for Doddridge Home Cross Country Meets

We would like for someone at each visiting school to sell tickets for $5 each to their parents, guardians, & siblings that will be attending our cross country meets according to the state color coded map’s guidelines. The money collected will then be deposited in the visiting school’s athletic account and a check will be issued to DCMS or DCHS athletics, depending on the meet. That check should be turned in when the visiting coach gets his or her packet. The family members will be admitted to the meet by turning in their ticket at the top of the hill.
