Cabell Midland is accepting requests to enter the St Mary’s XC Festival that we are hosting on September 5th. Due to the Pandemic with the Covid-19 virus & specific guidelines set in place, there will be a limited amount of spaces this season and only West Virginia schools may compete.

We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to these unprecedented times, we must do our part to ensure the safety of the public at Cabell Midland High School. We have to put the safety of individuals first and not be a spreading ground for the virus.

Email coachparsons@yahoo.com with your request stating your school & if boys or girls team or both. Only Varsity races with up to 7 runners per team. Spots have already been filling up. Races will begin at 8:00am and races finishing around noon.

I will be sending out specific guidelines about our meet for teams competing next week.

Remember the 3 W’s; Wear a Mask, Wash your hands, & Watch your distance.
