Dear Coaches,
I have purposely not sent out exact info about our meet yet because the guidelines keep changing & throwing wrenches in with plans we have already set in place. Being AD along with being a coach, I just got done with another virtual meeting on ticket sales (4th one just on that subject not to mention all the other ones concerning this Pandemic).
When hosting an event, there has to be accountability to ensure the safety of everybody involved along with following the guidelines. I am waiting on one more answer and I "think" we'll be ready to email out the meet info. You should receive it hopefully tomorrow & no later than Friday.
I appreciate your patience which we all need in these unprecedented times.
