Dear Coaches, 

We will be starting races at 8:00am and ending around noon. There will be 4 Varsity girls races and 4 Varsity boys races. I am attempting to fill up each race with 35 runners on the line, so I need to make sure these numbers are correct for your teams. I have so many teams on the waiting list that would like to enter & should have some openings in the girls races. Please email me back to confirm you are coming and that your numbers are correct on the chart, so I can assure 35 runners on the line in all races. 

Since our numbers are way low in comparison to previous years, awards will be one class. However, I will put AAA together in races & AA/A together in races the best I can, but there will be some mixed races.

Below is the latest color code map that came out on Saturday. If your team's county is either Red or Orange, you cannot compete on September 5th. The chart that comes out on August 29th will determine if you can race or not. Cross your fingers that people are taking all the preventive precautions and our entire state can either become green or yellow.
