Invitational that will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019

Schedule: 7:30am – 8:15am Course Touring
8:30am High School Boys (5K)
9:10am High School Girls (5K)
10:00am High School Awards
10:00am – 10:45am Course Touring Middle School
11:00am Middle School Girls (3K)
11:30am Middle School Boys (3K)
12:15pm Middle School Awards
Awards: Team Trophies: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Individuals: 1st – 10th Medals
11th – 20th Ribbons (handed out at finish line)
Roster: Unlimited entries per team, Top 7 will count as your team and top 5 will be used for team score.
Course: The course is located on the grounds of Lincoln County High School. New course design to challenge runners and prepare them for regional or championship meets. Course consist of grass trails (one small area with rock), one gradual incline and 2 larger hills.
Entry Fees: High School – $50 per team ($90 for both boys and girls team)
Middle School - $50 per team ($90 for both boys and girls)
$10 per runner for schools without full teams.
