When:

Tuesday, September 3rd

 

Where:  BOREMAN ELEMENTARY/FAIR GROUNDS

 

Schedule:

4:30 PM Middle School Girls

4:55 PM Middle School Boys

5:20 PM High School Girls

6:05 PM High School Boys

 

Awards: 

Awards will begin shortly after the high school boys race.  All awards will be presented in the entertainment pavilion area.

 

Entry Fees:

·         High School - $30 for each team ($60 for boys and girls)

·         Middle School - $30 for each team ($60 for boys and girls)

·         $5 per runner for individuals without a full team

**Make checks payable to "TCHS Athletics”.  If you don’t mail in your check before race day, please turn in your entry fee at the packet pick-up area when you check in on race day.**

 

Packet Pick-Up:

Packets can be picked up at the canopy by the finish line.  Coaches will be provided a meal ticket in their packet that you can use at the concession stand.

 

Course:

The course start/finish area will be located by the horse ring.  It is a flat course that loops around the fair grounds and Boreman Elementary.  It features only one rolling hill.  There will also be a subtle creek crossing. 

 

Concession Stand:  Located behind spectator/coaching parking area.

The concession stand will be located in the TCHS Band Boosters fair booth.  A bake sale will be set up beside the concession stand.  Kona Ice will be set up in this area as well.

 

Canopy Location:

All canopies will be set up along the fences behind the entertainment pavilion on both sides.

 

Parking:  All coaches, buses, and parents MUST ENTER the second entrance by the baseball fields.  Please avoid using the school entrance to Boreman Elementary, school will be in session.  We will have volunteers directing traffic to the designated parking areas.

·         Bus Parking:  field beside Tyler County Speedway

·         Spectator/Coaching Parking:  field beside the large white barn

·         Handicap Parking:  across from the start line behind animal barns

 

T-Shirts: 

Race day t-shirts will be sold by N-SIDE OUT SPORTS.  Shirt sales will be located by the log building next to the entertainment pavilion area.
