Entries:

· Entry deadline Friday, October 18^th, 2019

· All entries must be completed of racetimeentry.com

· You may enter up to 10 entries for each race. Only 7 of the 10 may run in the race.

· All entries must include the grade level/class.

· Make sure your all athletes are on your eligibility certificate and are spelled correctly.

Admission fee: Spectators will be charged an entry fee of Adults $6.00 and Students $5.00.

Team Tents: Tent City will be located in front of Holt Lodge.

Awards: First place team plaque. Top 10 boys and girls medals.

WV STATE MEET QUALIFYING:

· 1-5 teams: 2 qualifying teams

· 6-9 teams: 3 qualifying teams

· 10+ teams: 4 qualifying teams
