XC Championships

Date: Thursday, October 24, 2019

Teams – Jefferson, Washington, Musselman, Martinsburg, Spring Mills, Hedgesville, Hampshire

Location: - Hampshire High School, 157 Trojan Way, Romney, WV

Schedule:

12:00 Course opens for tour

Coaches Meeting at 1:30 at the finish line, if it is raining, it will be in the Shackelford Center.

2:00 AAA Girls Race

2:45 AAA Boys Race

Awards ceremony will follow the AAA boys race as soon as results are ready.

Entries: Entry deadline is Saturday, October 19^th at 8pm.

All entries must be completed on www.racetimeentry.com

You may enter up to 10 entries for each race. Only 7 of the 10 may run in the race.

All entries must include the grade level/class.

Make sure all athletes are on your eligibility certificate and are spelled correctly.

Admission fee: Spectators will be charged the WVSSAC admission fee of Adults $6.00 and students $5.00.

Team Tents may be placed outside of the field at the end that includes the scoreboard.

Coaches packet will be available at the finish line.

Awards: First place team plaque. Top 10 girls and boys will receive medals.

WV State Qualifying:

7 full teams will qualify 3 teams.

20% of the total number of contestants that start the race will qualify for the state meet inclusive of those runners that qualify as a member of a qualifying team.

T shirts will be for sale.
