Parkersburg's Madison Trippett has been named the 2018 Gatorade Female Cross Country Runner of the Year for West Virginia. Trippett captured the Class AAA title with an 18:00 run and capped that with a strong 20th place showing at the Footlocker South Regional Meet, duplicating that 18:00 time.
