28th @ 12:00 pm
College entry fee is $100.00 per gender.
High/Middle School Entry fee is $50 per gender (5 runners makes a team). Individual
Athletes fee is $10 per runner for HS and $20 per runner for College.

9:30 am Women’s
College 5000 meter race
10:15 am Men’s
College 5000 meter race
11:00 am Boys
HS 5000 meter Race
11:45 pm Girls
HS 5000 Meter Race
12:30pm Boys
MS 3000 meter race
1:00pm Girls
MS 3000 meter race
Packet Pick-Up:
Packet pick-up will begin on Saturday morning at
the Finish Line beginning at 7:30 am at BC Bank Park Track. Please have your
payment ready at that time if it is outstanding.
The Course:
The course is made up mostly grass/dirt trail
surfaces. It will go through woods and open fields. 99.9% on trail, grass, and
the Finish is on the Track!!!
Parking Instructions:
Bus and Van
parking will be on site. Vans will park in First Parking lot outside of BC Bank
Park Track Facility. Buses will drop off at Track and Park on upper side on
High School/Tech School in Gravel Lot.
We will be taking
Gate for everyone Kindergarten and up. $5 per person.
Trainers:
A trainer will be on site with ice and water.
They will also be on course and at Finish Line.
Awards:
T-Shirts will be awarded to the top 5 finishers
(Top 10 for MS/HS) in College race, Ribbons for HS/MS. Team trophy for 1st
place.

Results:
Results will be e-mailed to all coaches after
the races. E-mail will be sent after meet to all teams SID’s/Coaches.
Directions:
From the North: Take Rt. 79 South to exit 115. Take left off of ramp and take Rt20 to Rt
57 it will be a left at the Y. Take left onto Rt 119 and take right onto Blue
and Gold Expressway, take right onto Main Street and follow Rt 250 till you get
to Philip Barbour High School. Take Left at School and we are in the back of
the school at BC Bank Park Track and Field.
From the South: Take Rt. 79 North to Exit 99 to Buckhannon. Take Right onto Rt. 119/33
and then turn left onto Rt. 250
at stop light. Take Right at School and we are in the back of the school at BC
Bank Park Track and Field.
