Meet:  Wheeling Park Fall Classic

Location: Wheeling Park High School, Wheeling, WV

Event Times:

6:30 am:  packet pickup (concession stand) and course tour

Coaches Meeting:  7:30 am @ the announcer table

National Anthem:  7:55 am

Combined Varsity/JV High School Boys – 8:00am

Combined Varsity/JV High School Girls – 8:40am

Middle School Boys-9:30 am

High School Awards Ceremony – 9:35pm

Middle School Girls-5 minutes after the conclusion of the middle school boys’ race

Middle School Awards-Immediately upon conclusion of the middle school girls race

Entries must be received by Sunday August 19th

Entry Fees:

High School:

A $85.00 entry fee will be assessed for two varsity teams; $40.00 for one varsity team and $10.00 per individual/not a complete team.

Middle School: 

A $60.00 fee will be assessed for both a boys and girls team or $20.00 per team.  $10 per individual/not a complete team.  

Awards:

Top two teams and top ten individuals will receive an award

Course Description: challenging course, open fields, woodland trails, and a variety of hills.  The first and last 1000 meters are totally viewer-friendly

Concessions: A concession stand will be provided and shirts will be available for purchase.

Coaches Packet: These will be available at the meet site on arrival. They will contain meet directions, course maps, and scoring materials.
