Teams:  Bridgeport, Buckhannon-Upshur, East Fairmont, Elkins, Fairmont Senior, Grafton, Lewis County, Liberty (Harrison), Lincoln, North Marion, Philip Barbour, Preston, and Robert C. Byrd,  

Location: Davis & Elkins College Athletic Complex, Elkins, WV

Date: Thursday, October 11^th, 2018

Schedule: 

Course Preview – 7:30am-9:30am

Coaches Meeting – 9:30am

Varsity Boys – 10:00am 

Varsity Girls – 11:00am

Awards Ceremony – 12:00pm

Coaches Packet: Packets will be available at the meet site on arrival.

Admission Fee: Spectators will be charged an entry fee ($6.00)

Team Tents: Tent City will be along the Softball Field fence.

T-Shirts:  T-shirts will be available for sale on a first come first serve basis. $15 long, $12 short.

Awards: 

First place team will receive a plaque, first place male and female will be runner of the year, with spots 2 - 11 first team All-Conference, and spots 12 – 21 will be designated second team All-Conference.
