Fifth Annual Wirt County Wetlands Invitational

Saturday October 7^th 2017

Course tour 8:00 a.m., H.S. Boys 9:00 a.m., H.S. Girls 9:30 a.m., M.S. Boys 10:00 a.m., M.S. Girls 10:30 a.m.

Restrooms- Located in large cinder block building by high school baseball field. Restrooms are small (2 stalls) so it is recommended that athletes come dressed in their uniforms.

Individual awards will be given as runners finish their race. Team awards will be given to coaches as soon as scores are tabulated. In the event of a small number of entries, boys and girls may be run together. Individual awards will then be separated and given to coaches.

Awards-High School: 1^st – 10^th individual (medals), 1^st & 2^nd (trophies); Middle School: 1^st - 10^th individual, 1^st & 2^nd team (trophies)

Concessions and meet T-shirts will be available.

Entries due by Tuesday October 3^rd by 11:00 p.m. on racetimeentry.com.

Entry Fees: $40 per team ($80 for boys and girls team), $8 per individual runner (4 or less per race)

Directions:

If entering Elizabeth by Route 14 S, take the gravel road immediately after the Wirt County EMS building on the right. Continue down the gravel road to the Wirt County Baseball/Softball fields.

If entering Elizabeth by Route 14 N, continue on R14 N as it comes into Elizabeth. It becomes Court Street. Continue on Court Street until you see Wesbanco Bank. Turn left at Wesbanco Bank onto Juliana Street. Continue down Juliana Street for about half a mile. You should see Sportsman's Park on the right and a gravel road on the left immediately preceding the Wirt County EMS building. Turn left onto the gravel road and follow the road to the Wirt County Baseball/Softball fields.

If entering Elizabeth by Route 5 W, take a right where Route 5 W and Route 14 N meet (Court Street). Continue down Court Street for about half a mile. Turn left at Wesbanco Bank onto Juliana Street. Continue down Juliana Street for about half a mile. You should see Sportsman's Park on the right and a gravel road on the left immediately preceding the Wirt County EMS building. Turn left onto the gravel road and follow the road to the Wirt County Baseball/Softball fields.
