PRESS RELEASE: Cross Country
The Capital City Striders, youth track & field Club will conduct sign ups & practice for Cross Country on Wednesday September 6, 2017 at 5:30PM at the West Virginia State Police Academy parking lot on Academy Drive in Dunbar. Workouts and training will continue on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Workouts are open to public participation and all ages are welcomed for Cross Country Competition and/or training.
The Striders will be developing a team of all age youths to compete in Cross Country meets.
