1) I promise to instruct my athletes about NFHS uniform rules and understand that failures to abide by the uniform rules may result in disqualification. All rules will be in effect unless the meet director decides otherwise due to adverse weather conditions.

2) I promise to abide by all WVSSAC rules and to instruct my athletes to display exemplary sportsmanship at all times.
