Coaches,
We are one day out and here are a few reminders about the meet.
1. If somebody on your roster isn't participating, we do NOT need to know. However, make sure you get the chip assigned to them and turn in back in where you picked up your packet. Do this as soon as you pass out the other chips to your participating runners. There is a $25 per chip charged for chips not returned to us.
2. Tents may be set up anytime after Friday night's game around 10:30pm up to tomorrow evening you when you arrive.
3. Admission is $5
4. Packet pick up is near Tent City at the concession/bathroom between the soccer field & Tent City. The concession window is on the soccer field side.
5. Anything needing corrected from your packet, go the outside the fence near the finish line and ask someone to get the computer person.
6. T-shirt sales will be beside baseball field & also at the track.
7. Buses arriving drive around the right side of school, drop off at tent city & park along the soccer field road on the right side.
