Buccaneer/B-U Middle School Invitational Information

HIGH SCHOOL: There will be only two races. We would like to start the boys’ race as close to 4:15 as possible, no later than 4:30. The girls’ race will start five minutes after the boys’ race has finished.

The AWARDS will be given out at the top of the hill 10 minutes after the middle boys’ varsity race has started. Individual medals for places 1-15. Plaques for 1^st-3^rd place teams.

TEAMS: B-U, Elkins, Liberty, Tucker Co, and Webster Co. have full teams for b & g. Trinity, full girls limited boys, South Harrison has two boys, and Lewis has a full boys’ team and 3 girls.

HIGH SCHOOL and MIDDLE SCHOOL Coaches: pick up your packets at the registration table. If you have not sent your check, please pay at this time.

We will do place cards at the finish as a back -up system. Please collect them from your runners and write their name on their card. Then put in your white envelops and return to the finish line. (BLUE BOX ON TOP OF CAR)

MIDDLE SCHOOL: Due the large number of middle school runners will be having a combined B & G JV Race immediately after the girls’ varsity race. The varsity boys’ race will start no later than 5:45. The girls’ race will follow immediately after the last boy finishes.

The Awards will be handed out at the finish line after the JV race. Individual medals for places 1-15. Plaques for 1^st-3rdplace teams. No awards for JV race.

TEAMS; Belington, B-UMS, Elkins, Hacker Valley, Kasson, Mountaineer(Harrison), Mountaineer (Morgantown), South Harrison, W.I, and Webster Co.

Restrooms and concessions will be at the stadium. “T” shirts will be sold.
