The Battle Run Invitational 2016
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th
Cross Country Coach,
The Nicholas County High
School will host the Battle Run Cross Country Invitational on Saturday, September 17, 2016. The course is located at the Battle Run
Campground/Beach area, approximately one-half mile past the Summersville Dam on
Rt. 129. For further directions, please
feel free to call or e-mail.
The course offers one of the
most scenic runs that runners will be offered all year. The course stretches over and along the
Summersville Lake. While scenic, the
course is challenging. It includes 4
steep hills, a long straight flat, and it ends on a sandy beached area. The course is spectator friendly.
Please inform parents that there will be a $5 parking
fee for ALL vehicles.
Must have Coaches Card to be
exempt from parking fee.
Also, t-shirts will be
available for $15.
Free Bananas and Bottled Water
will be available to runners.

Middle School – Top 2 Teams & Top 15 Individuals

10:15-Middle School Awards 10:30-High School Boys 11:15-High School Girls
NOON-High School Awards
We will be using the Hy-tek
scoring system. Please send in all
entries by using RaceTimeEntry.com. Please have all entries added by Wednesday,
September 14th.
The cost for the meet will be
$35.00 for one team, $70.00 for two
teams, and $7.00 per individual.

Nicholas County High School. If you
