Washington Irving Middle School 

                       presents  “The Last Call”  (2.1mi.) XC MS meet

                                     Saturday, October 17, 2015 

                                at RCBHS Athletic complex, Rt. 98,  Eagle Way Clarksburg, WV.

                                                           This meet is our fund raiser.

*Tents along the outside of the baseball field fence.

*Coaches check-in at the football field ticket booth for race numbers, pins, maps and ‘Box’ assignments.

*ONLY Busses - park inside main Gate. 

*General parking at RCBHS Main Lot only…Handicap is at the Tennis courts.

*Course tour available upon arrival.

*Admission on Eagle Way, at top of hill.

                                      Runners always race to the right of anything ORANGE!

 

                              The START and FINISH LINEs are on the Soccer Field NOW!

 

9:30  -  Open race for all non MS runners.  Pre-register at ticket booth.    No fee.

9:35  -  Coaches & team reps’ meet with the Starter on the Start Line > on the Soccer Field!          .

10:00 -   GirlsVarsity

10:30 -   BoysVarsity

11:00 -   Combined G/B   JV

   *MS Entry fee:  $70.00 for 2 teams >G/B  -   $35.00 for 1 team    -   $6.00 per individual, (Incomplete teams).

Awards  

    Team - Varsity 3 deep Girls and Boys

    Individual -    14 deep in Varsity and JV.

Admission - $5.00 per / but with carload prices…..on Eagle Way ‘road’, (on the way in).

            *ON-Site T-shirts with name will be available / sold ….by OPAthletics.
