Times: Varsity Girls – 10:15am Combined
JV – 12:00pm
Varsity Boys – 11:15am Awards Ceremony – 1:00pm
Entry
Fee: A $80.00 entry fee will be assessed for two varsity teams; $50.00 for one
varsity team; or $5.00 per individual. There are no charges
for JV. You can
bring
your check the day of the meet or mail it to Coach Lewis.
Course
Description: 5000 meters, open fields, woodland trails, two stream
crossings, variety of hills.
Concessions:
A concession stand will be provided by Davis & Elkins College.
T-Shirts:
Long sleeve ($15) & short sleeve ($12) T-Shirts will be available for sale.
Coaches
Packet: These will be available at the meet site on arrival. They will
contain meet directions, course maps, and
scoring materials.
Scoring
will be done on Hy-tek.
Admission
Fee: Coaches and athletes are free; spectators are required to pay.
Team
Tents: A designated area will be provided for team tents.
Awards:
First three teams boys & girls and top 15
individual varsity boys & girls receive
plaques, along with the top 5 individual JV boys & girls
receive plaques.

Deadline: Friday, September 4th (Entries will be LIMITED). Entries will be
