The Battle Run Invitational 2015
Cross Country Coach,
The Nicholas County High
School and Summersville Middle School will host the Battle Run Cross Country
Invitational on Tuesday, September 15,
2015. The course is located at the
Battle Run Campground/Beach area, approximately one-half mile past the
Summersville Dam on Rt. 129. For further
directions, please feel free to call or e-mail.
The course offers one of the
most scenic runs that runners will be offered all year. The course stretches over and along the
Summersville Lake. While scenic, the
course is challenging. It includes 3
steep hills, a long straight flat, and it ends on a sandy beached area. The course is spectator friendly.
Please inform parents that there will be a $5 parking
fee for all vehicles.
Also, t-shirts will be
available for $15.
Bananas and Water will be
available to runners.

We will be using the Hy-tek scoring system.
Please send in all entries by using www.timetoenter.com. Please have all entries added by Wednesday,
September 9th.
The cost for the meet will be
$35.00 for one team, $70.00 for two
teams, and $7.00 per individual.
