1^st Annual Progressive Physical Therapy & rehabilitation Cross Country Championship 2014

Course: The course is mostly flat and is 5K distance with two small hills on lap 1 and lap 2. Start and Finish are near the far corner of the track and soccer field. The course starts in the field and goes into the woods and consists of two laps in the woods and then finishing by the starting line. Attached you will find a course map, also to be given out in coach’s packets at meet, and map of facility including bus parking location, and restrooms. Team packets will be available at finish line tent.

Meet: Coaches will meet at roughly 3:45. Course walk opens at 2:30. The meet will start at 4:15 with Girls Varsity followed shortly by Boys Varsity 5:00. A combined girls and boys JV race will follow boy’s race. Awards will be shortly after meet with team awards going to top 3 boys and top 3 girls teams and individual awards for the 15 in each race. Please be sure to collect all index cards from all runners and please put names of athletes on card and return with envelope to start/finish line.

T-shirts: Attached is the order form for the t shirts. T shirts will be pre order; however, there will be a few t shirts at meet for order if someone missed out. Order form due to me by September 17, 2014.
