This is again expected to be a Morgantown runaway. I have them 37 points ahead of 2nd place. I have
Hurricane is slated in 2nd place over University. I have Hurricane by 13 points. However, that is
assuming that they have the services of Joie Johnston, who either didn't run or didn't finish at the
Regional Meet. It will be close with her as University likely has more upward mobility. Without her,
it's likely that University takes the spot. I have Winfield in 4th, just 7 points behind University,
making it 3 teams that have a shot at 2nd.

Predicted AAA Girls Top 25
Amelia Paladino is a strong favorite to repeat as champion. A year ago, she took the title and
then went on to join Maggie Drazba as West Virginia's first female Footlocker qualifiers. Peyton
Panger has been very strong all season having won convincingly time and time again. I think things
tighten up after that. Abby Colbert gets the nod for 3rd by just a touch over Abbey Harrison.
Tough call there. Sydney Pineault gets the nod for 5th with acknowledgement that she could certainly
move up. She's proven to be a big meet performer. Katilyn Workman is slotted in 6th, but it ranked
3rd. She's been been beaten in October by Colbert, Harrison, and Pineault, which is why they are
picked in front of her. Victoria Cooke is picked for 7th, though she beat Workman at the Regional
and could also easily move up. I've put Tori Dent in 9th, but her Regional run was the 4th best
in the field. Allison Lynch is slated in 9th. Anna Gordon had a stellar Regional race finishing
just a few seconds behind Dent. I've dropped her into 10th despite only being ranked 13th.
