Roadrunner Kickoff

When: Tuesday August 27^th 2013

Where: The meet will be held in Beckley, W.V. behind Beckley Stratton Middle School, across from the YMCA soccer complex. Vehicles should enter through the main gate of the middle school. There will be a spectator fee of $3.00 Adults/ $2.00 Students

Registration: Entry fees for our meet are $30 for each team per high school (if both a boys' and girls' team, then $60) and $20 for each team per middle school (if both a boys' and girls' team, then $40).  There is a $5 per runner fee for all other individuals.

· There will be a concession and invitational

· t-shirts available. *

The Course: Rolling hills, open field, VERY spectator friendly!!!

The Schedule:  Walk the course 4:00pm

High School JV will begin at 4:30 pm                     

Varsity girls- 5:00pm                                                 

Varsity boys- 5:30pm                                                          

Middle school boys and girls- 6:00pm

Awards will be given to the top three teams and top six individuals!

Deadline for entry forms will be August 21
