Coaches,

I would first like to thank you for participating in the 2013 Big Ditch Lake Invitational. Webster County is excited to host such a great event. As of now it looks like it is suppose to be sunny with a high of 74, which is roughly 30 degrees warmer than last year with no rain/sleet/snow mixture.

Few reminders:

1. Team packets will be given out at concession stand. This includes bibs, pins, info, maps, etc.

2. Concession stand will have baked goods and water.

3. T-Shirts will be sold ($10). If we happen to run out, there will be an order sheet on hand to purchase. This will send directly to your house.

4. Restrooms are directly beside the concession/start area; however, only 2 men's and women's stalls available, Please be sure to remind kids to dress accordingly so that they are all not trying to change at the same time.

5. Parking: there are 3 parking lots at the lake and multiple spots along the road. Once all of this parking is full, we will park the remainder of cars at Glade Elementary Middle School which is 1/2 mile from Lake. Cars who have to park at Glade will be transported to and from the lake.

6. Buses: ALL BUSES WILL BE PARKED AT HIGH SCHOOL. Buses will drop off athletes at Big Ditch Lake and will be directed towards High School.

7. Open Race: remind all coaches, parents, friends, relatives who may want to run. Open race will take place between MS and HS race. Registration fee of $5.

8. Awards: high school 1-3 team, 1-3 individual plagues 4-20 medals middle school 1-2 team, 1-10 medals. Will be given out roughly 15 minutes after finish of boys races.

9. Volunteers will be helping around course, in the parking lots, and at the finish line. Feel free to go anywhere on the course to cheer on your athletes during races. Support for athletes is greatly appreciated.
